Pryor Tools Warranty, Returns and RGA Policy

90-Day Warranty

Pryor Tools warrants its equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty service, a purchaser should notify Pryor Tools in writing, via email (sales@pryortools.com), within the warranty period, and Pryor Tools will direct where to take or send the equipment for service. If the defect is covered by the warranty, Pryor Tools will repair or replace, at its option, the defective equipment, without charge for labor or materials.

The warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Pryor Tools assumes no responsibility for damage due to accident, neglect, abuse, tampering or misuse, nor damage from repairs or alterations by others. This warranty does not cover damage to the equipment resulting from use of replacement parts other than Pryor Tools parts.

Pryor Tool’s sole obligation and the original retail purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be for repair or replacement as described above. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRYOR TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained from Pyror Tool prior to returning any item for warranty consideration. Packages received without an RGA number appearing clearly on the outside of the box will be refused.

Return Policy

Should you be instructed to return an item to Pryor Tools for repair under the terms of our Warranty Policy or for any other reason, please understand that you are required to be issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number must be clearly shown on the OUTSIDE of the carton. Any packages arriving at Pryor Tools that do not have an RGA number appearing on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender.

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong part and wish to return the part to Pryor Tools for a credit on your account, said return must take place within 30 days of the original receipt of the item(s).

After 30 days no returns will be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued.

Freight costs are the responsibility of the returner. Please note that it is a good practice to request a signature upon delivery, in order to have full documentation should there be an issue with your return. Likewise, we strongly recommend that you insure your package for the full retail value of the goods prior to sending it to Pryor Tools. Whenever possible you should return the goods utilizing the same box and packaging as they were originally shipped. If this is not possible, every care should be taken to assure the goods arrive at Pryor Tools in new condition.

Upon receipt Pryor Tools will inspect the returned goods within 48 hours. Credit will be issued only for goods that arrive in new, never-been-used, re-sellable condition. It is ultimately Pryor Tools’ sole judgment as to the condition of items received under this policy and whether any credit will be issued.
